Great Tools Build Great Companies—Congrats, Rillet!

Big congrats to the Rillet team on your Series A raise this week to keep building the AI-native ERP of the future!

I first met Nicolas Kopp back in 2021 when Rillet was still just a bold idea, some Figma files, and a whole lot of conviction.

But even then, the vision was clear: accounting teams deserve better tools—tools that feel fast, intuitive, and built for how we actually work. Not the kind that require 4 browser tabs, 5 workarounds, and a prayer just to close the books.

I believe in Rillet for the same reason I’ve chosen to work with the companies I have: because finance and accounting teams deserve modern, thoughtful tools that actually make their lives easier. And because when operators have great tools, they build great companies.

It’s been incredible to watch Nicolas and the Rillet team turn that early vision into something real—and this is just the beginning.
