That’s why I’m proud to support ACAP (Accounting Career Awareness Program), a program that introduces high school students—especially those from underrepresented communities—to the world of accounting, finance, and business.

Because here’s the truth: I didn’t grow up knowing what a CPA was. I didn’t have a neighbor who was a CFO. And Excel? That wasn’t exactly dinnertime conversation.

But exposure changes everything.

ACAP is doing the work to make sure students see what’s possible early on. Not just the numbers—but the careers, the leadership paths, the impact.

It’s not just about balance sheets. It’s about building confidence, community, and a future that includes them in the boardroom, the audit room, and everywhere decisions get made.
